1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The use of the website https://tradittex.com.ua / by the User means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
1.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Website User must stop using the website https://tradittex.com.ua.
1.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the website https://tradittex.com.ua. The Website Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the Website User can click on the link available on the Company's website.
1.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided, believing that the Website User acts in good faith, prudently and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up to date and obtain all necessary consents for its use.

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to not disclose and ensure the protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the Website User provides about himself/herself using online forms and software modules of the Website, including name, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.2. Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the Website User by:

5. TERMS OF STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. Personal data of the Website User shall be stored on the electronic media of the Website indefinitely.
5.2. The personal data of the Website User shall be destroyed at the request of the Website User on the basis of his/her request, or at the initiative of the Website Administration without giving any reasons by deleting the information posted by the Website User.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Website User is obliged to:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary to use the website https://tradittex.com.ua.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2. The website administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purpose specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the Website User, and not to sell, exchange, distribute or disclose by other possible means the personal data of the Website User, except for clause 4.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. 7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration shall be liable for losses incurred by the Website User in connection with the misuse of his/her personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except as provided for in clauses 4.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable in case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if the information:
-became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
-was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
-Was disclosed with the consent of the Website User.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit in court in disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim: a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute sent to the address specified in the "Contacts" section (info@tradittex.com.ua).
8.2. Within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.
8.3. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1. This Privacy Policy may be changed or terminated by the Website Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the Website User. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website https://tradittex.com.ua, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
9.2. The current Privacy Policy is posted on the "Privacy Policy" page on the website https://tradittex.com.ua.
